Blizzard is hosting the annual BlizzCon on November 2nd and 3rd at the Anaheim Convention Center in South California.
The company is planning to showcase all of their studio’s games, including a look into the future of its franchises. Fans speculate that we may see a Diablo-related announcement during the event, with signs pointing to a potential Nintendo Switch release in the future. We should also hear more about Blizzard’s everlasting MMO World of Warcraft, alongside game updates for StarCraft II, Overwatch, and Hearthstone.
Tickets will be available in two separate waves, one on May 9th at 7 PM PT and the other on May 12th at 10 AM PT. Tickets will run for the hefty price tag of $199 USD each, which scores gamers admission to the event for both days, alongside a BlizzCon goody bag.
Esports competitions are said to take place from October 25th to October 29th for StarCraft II, Heroes of the Storm, and World of Warcraft, with the winners being announced during BlizzCon. During BlizzCon, the finalists for the Overwatch World Cup and Hearthstone Global Games will compete for their shot at a massive prize pool.
