The first South Park title is coming to the Nintendo e-shop before the end of September.
The news comes from Ubisoft’s Quarterly Sales figures, which reveals a list of titles expected to launch before the end of September. One of these titles is South Park: The Stick of Truth for the Nintendo Switch, shown under the “Digital Only” list of releases at the bottom of the document. This means we should see the game come to the Nintendo e-shop within the coming weeks.
Ubisoft has yet to make an official announcement regarding the Nintendo Switch release of The Stick of Truth, but considering it is listed in one of the company’s official documents, this should be a no-brainer. Nonetheless, we have reached out to Ubisoft for comment of the release.
Originally released for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC in March of 2014, South Park: The Stick of Truth is finally making its way to the Nintendo Switch. The game’s sequel, Fractured But Whole, arrived on Nintendo’s platform earlier this year, with sales ending up presumably well so far.
South Park: The Stick of Truth is available for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, and PC.
