Toys For Bob’s remastered Spyro collection is launching later this year for the Xbox One and Playstation 4, but the official website also lists the game for the Nintendo Switch and PC.
Keen eyes on the game’s official website will notice that the game is listed for the Nintendo Switch and PC on the UK version of SpyroTheDragon.com. Going to the North American version of the website will only show the game’s availability for the Xbox One and Playstation 4, so it’s possible that an announcement is coming for the PC and Nintendo Switch versions of the game.
It has yet to be announced, but rumours about Spyro: Reignited Trilogy releasing for the Nintendo Switch have been circulating around the web in the weeks prior to E3. One reason for these rumours is that the developer had a hand in developing Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy for the Nintendo Switch, which went on to sell quite a few units on Nintendo’s platform.
So either this was an oversight by the web team, or an announcement is pending for these versions of the game. In either case, stay tuned to Informed Pixel for more news regarding Spyro.
Spyro: Reignited Trilogy is planned to release for the Xbox One and Playstation 4 on September 21st, 2018.
