Microsoft’s Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb announced October’s free games for Xbox Live Gold subscribers.
October kicks off strong with Overcooked!, the crazy cooperative cooking game where players work together to complete recopies. The game will be available for the entire month of October, giving subscribers plenty of time to join the cooking fray with their friends. For the later half of the month, Bulgarian game Victor Vran will join Overcooked!, with both available until October 31st.
Of course, both Stuntman: Ignition and Hitman: Blood Money include backward compatibility support with the Xbox One upon their availability in the Games With Gold program. A complete breakdown of next month’s offerings are listed below:
Xbox One
Overcooked! – October 1st through 31st
Victor Vran – October 16th through November 15th
For Honor – September 16th to October 15th
Xbox 360
Stuntman: Ignition – October 1st through 15th
Hitman: Blood Money – October 16th through October 31st
A reminder that Xbox Live Gold Subscribers have until the end of the month to download SEGA Vintage Collection: Monster World for the Xbox 360.
