More JRPGs are seeing the light of day for the current generation. Sega has announced that they are now working on the new Valkyria: Azure Revolution for the Playstation 4 as well as remastering the first entry in the series, Valkyria Chronicles.
The first game announced was Valkyria: Azure Revolution, a new game in the series. All we know about this title is that it’s scheduled to launch in Winter 2016 for Japan.
Moving on to the HD remaster, we know that this will launch on February 10th, 2016 in Japan. The game will feature the usual ‘high-definition’ facelift as seen in other remastered titles, as well as post-launch downloadable content, trophy support and a downloadable demo for Valkyria: Azure Revolution.
Otherwise, we have no word on when the game will be released in Japan or otherwise overseas and as far as we know, these titles will be console exclusive. We will update you as we learn more information.
