You have a phone, right? Of course you do, you silly goose. You like Xbox games, right? You probably didn’t click this link if you don’t, so I’m going to say yes on your behalf. I apologise for assuming MOVING ON! Razer, the company who brings in all sorts of gaming lifestyle items, is smoothing out the mobile console gaming experience for Android users. The new Razer Kishi Universal Mobile Gaming Controller is bringing Xbox gameplay to Android.
The new designed for Xbox version of the Razer Kishi is a mobile gaming controller that fits most phones with USB-C connections. That means we’re talking A, B, X, and Y buttons so you circle and square people (that includes me) will just have to deal. It is optimised for cloud gaming, but can also be used with compatible Android games.
Features time! Integrated into the controller are the Xbox Nexus, View, and Menu buttons. For your convenience, and all.
So why is this happening? Starting September 15th, 2020, cloud gaming will be available with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This requires a compatible controller to use. This makes the Razer Kishi an essential add-on for users. Don’t have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? Neither do I, but don’t fret! Purchase includes a free 14-day free trial subscription to the service.
Even though cloud gaming won’t be available until September, you can already purchase the Razer Kishi Universal Mobile Gaming Controller. It can be found on Razer’s website, Microsoft, Amazon, and other retailers. You’re looking at around a $99.99 USD price point, including the 14-day trial of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
