The next Call of Duty game will be titled “Infinite Warfare” and will include a free copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.
This information comes from a photo posted to Reddit, which shows off a pre-order card from Target for the ‘legacy edition’ version of the game. The photo also shows off the release date for the game, indicating that the game will be released on November 4th, 2016.
The ‘Legacy Edition’ will include a remastered digital copy of 2007’s Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Pricing and availability information has not been shown for the Legacy Edition.
Neither Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered or Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare have been announced as of yet, but we would expect to hear more information within the coming days. Activision has been known to announce their upcoming Call of Duty titles on May 1st of each year, as indicated by Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 in 2015 and Call of Duty: Ghosts in 2014.
If this rumor checks out, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be released for the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.
