Bethesda released a short launch trailer for the new content coming to Fallout 76 with Season 9. The Test Your Metal update brings 3 new public events and a new seasonal story, Heart of Steel: A Dread Tale.
The Brotherhood of Steel has gained intel on the Blood Eagles building an army of rippin’ and roarin’ robots! Enter a Metal Dome arena with your team (or solo if you dare!) to give those bots a taste of their own medicine before they’re unleashed upon Appalachia! Face against 3 waves of killer robots, with progressing difficulties as you try to navigate the cramped arena.
Moonshine Jamboree
With the coming of the Moonshine Jamboree, we are going to need some Moonshine! Thankfully the Raiders living in the old distillery managed to repair a robot by the name of Moonshiner Ned. All he needs is the proper ingredients and we got some moonshine! That’s where you come in, Ned can’t protect himself so you are going to have to go out and procure the more dangerous ingredients.
Eviction Notice
These days, the Foundation’s Settlers are definitely starting to get settled into that old blast crater. One tiny problem though, who would have guessed that a blast crater would be filled with radiation? The Settlers do have a solution to that problem, but the local Super Mutants are not happy about the prospect of clearing out the radiation in the area. So it’s up to you (and your friends) to fend off these Super Mutants while protecting the “Rad-Scrubbers”.
