Following recent rumors of a sequel to 2013’s Injustice: Gods Among Us, Warner Bros. Interactive has officially revealed Injustice 2.
Developed by NetherRealm Studios, Injustice 2 is set to arrive sometime next year, with more information about the game being announced during next week’s E3 Expo. While details are scarce at this time, we know that Injustice 2 will take advantage of customization, allowing players to personalize their own DC characters with a variety of gear.
A post on the Playstation Blog revealed that this customization feature will not only make your character look different – but change the way your character fights; adding for a deeper experience when fighting against others.
“With each loot drop, you will earn character-specific gear to outfit and power up your roster – changing not only the look of each character, but your fight strategy and your personal approach to every match.”
Injustice 2 is set to arrive in 2017 for the Xbox One and Playstation 4.
