Revealed during Sony’s E3 Press Conference, Crash Bandicoot will be making a return to current-generation platforms, but not in a way some would expect.
The first of the game announcements was Skylanders Imaginators, which we reported on earlier last week. In this game Crash will be a playable character, and will help further the plotline. While it was not announced whether or not that Crash Bandicoot would be released as a figure, he will definitely be reflected in Skylanders in some way, shape or form.
The secon announcement was that the classic Crash Bandicoot titles, Crash Bandicoot 1, 2 and Crash Warped would be released on the PlayStation 4, completely remastered from the ground up. While many were anticipating the announcement of a new game in the franchise, fans seemed to be quite excited that Crash Bandicoot has not been forgotten.
