The sixth Pokemon being made available through the 20th Anniversary Celebration is Shaymin and will be available until July 24th, 2016.
Shaymin will be distributed at level 100 and will contain the Natural Cure ability, which heals any status conditions when the Pokemon is done fighting or is recalled. This Pokemon will also be holding a Miracle Berry.
Fans wishing to obtain Shaymin must own a copy of Pokemon X, Pokemon Y, Pokemon Omega Ruby or Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. To receive this Pokemon, fans will need to select the Mystery Gift option in the main menu and select “Get via Internet”. Once received, a delivery person will be available at any Pokemon Center where you can receive your Shaymin.
To coincide with the Shaymin event, the Pokemon Trading Card Game will also be receiving a limited edition “Shaymin Generations” collection box, which contains a promotional Shaymin Pokemon card, a pin and two Generations booster packs. These should retail for $16.99 USD.
Pokemon X, Pokemon Y, Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire are all currently available for the Nintendo 3DS.
