Warner Bros. Interactive have announced the latest two playable fighters coming to Injustice 2: Harley Quinn and Deadshot.
The timing of the announcement was intended to coincide with Gamescom, which is taking place in Cologne, Germany, tomorrow, August 18th. As part of the announcement, Warner Bros. has released a brand new trailer showing off gameplay of both of these villains. You can view the trailer after the break.
Harley Quinn is a returning character from Injustice: Gods Among Us while Deadshot will be making his debut appearance in Injustice 2. These two characters join the growing roster of combatants including the recently announced Wonder Woman and Blue Beetle fighters. Since Injustice 2 won’t be released until next year, there could still be a plethora of character announcements incoming – Time will only tell.
Both of these playable characters were featured in the recent movie, Suicide Squad, which hasn’t been doing well with critics since it’s release. The movie currently has an average score of 40 on Metacritic.
Injustice 2 will be released in 2017 for the Xbox One and Playstation 4.
