Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XV has gone gold as of this morning meaning the final game has been completed and sent to manufacturers for disc production.
The news comes from Final Fantasy XV‘s director Hajime Tabata on stage during their Paris Games Week stage event. Shortly after the reveal, the news reached the general public via Twitter.

A decision to delay the game was made in August, to avoid a day-one patch that would have included more content and bug fixes in the final release. Now that the game is officially in production, there should be no further delays.
Final Fantasy XV releases for the Xbox One and Playstation 4 on November 29th, 2016.
