Microsoft added two new games to the Backward compatibility list today, with Lost Odyssey available free of charge to Xbox Live Gold Subscribers.
Two new games have been added to the backward compatibility list today: Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey. The latter is available as a free download for Xbox 360 and Xbox One players until the end of December. Fans of Blue Dragon can now pick up the game for a price of $19.99 USD via the Xbox Store.
Both games available today have been developed by Mistwalker, a studio funded by Microsoft. The development studio was founded by Hironobu Sakaguchi, the series creator of Final Fantasy. Mistwalker was responsible for developing the Xbox 360’s first multi-disc game, shipping with three discs at launch. The year after, Lost Odyssey was released, another massive adventure game for the studio, shipping with four discs.
Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon is available for the Xbox 360.
