For Honor is receiving a bunch of Season Two content titled Shadow & Might on May 16th.
Shadow & Might includes two new heroes: Shinobi and Centurion. The Shinobi appear to play the “Fast & Stealthy” role, wielding the Japanese Kusarigama, a chain-sickle like weapon that is known in history as a deadly weapon. The Centurion class will be known as one who can fighter better in close-quarters combat. Equipped with a standard issue gladius, Centurion will bring a defense-crushing playstyle to For Honor.
Additionally, the content will release with two extra maps, customization items and a bunch of new gameplay updates. Owners of For Honor‘s season pass can begin enjoying this content, free of charge, starting on May 16th, 2017. Those who haven’t purchased the season pass can unlock the new content using in-game currency starting on May 23rd.
A new rarity level will launch alongside the new customization items: Epic Gear. Ubisoft describes it as increasing “the maximum gear score along with a balancing overhaul for the entire gear stats system.” At the time of this writing, there isn’t any specifics on what this gear would include, so fans will have to wait until May 16th for more information.
Besides that, a new patch was been rolled out to PC owners that include a variety of balancing and gameplay changes. The update is said to roll out to the Playstation 4 and Xbox One in the coming days.
For Honor is available for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
