Activision is bringing the Call of Duty: WW2 Private Multiplayer Beta to the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC in the coming weeks. The announcement comes from a trailer posted early this morning.
Playstation 4 owners will be among the first to join the beta when it launches on August 25th, with the Xbox One version of the beta starting a week later on September 1st. There is no current window on when the beta will end.
The beta itself will contain three different game modes: Team Deathmatch, Hardpoint, and Domination. These game modes will use three of the game’s maps known as Pointe Du Hoc, Ardennes, and Gibraltar. This is just a small taste of what will be included in the final game, with more announcements rolling out over the next couple of months.
Those who pre-order a copy of Call of Duty: WW2, will receive a beta key for the respective platform, so those wanting to try the game out should head to their preferred retailer to pick up the game. It is unknown at this time if the beta will remain closed for its duration or if it will be open to all at a later date.
Call of Duty: WW2 releases for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC on November 3rd, 2017.
