Teen Lance spent a lot of time watching flash cartoons and playing flash games on Newgrounds. Yes, I was a teen in the early 2000’s, that’s not the point here. One of everybody’s favorite was Alien Hominid, a 2002 flash shooter developed by Tom Fulp and Dan Paladin. The game eventually went to console and the two joined others to create The Behemoth. They’ve since developed 4 games including Castle Crashers, and have just dropped a tasty news nugget for everyone. The Behemoth announced that their next game is going to be Alien Hominid Invasion.
They teased the reveal in a tweet stating, “Game 5 reveal, 5 PM PT. Be there.” The tweet linked to their twitch channel where they played all 4 The Behemoth games that culminated with Dan Paladin coming in and giving some tiny details regarding the game. Alien Hominid will be co-op, but can be played alone, and is an arcade-shooter.
Game 5 reveal, 5 PM PT. Be there.
But before we reveal Game 5, we're running through history with Games 1-4 first! We'll be playing our games from Alien Hominid HD to Pit People starting at 3 PM PT.

That is really all there is for details, other than this will be vastly different from anything played before. No release date is set, but fans will be able to try the game out at PAX East and EGX Rezzed, with more game details to be revealed during PAX.
The Behemoth games have ruined friendships for me before, so I can only imagine the yelling I’m going to be doing at whomever I play with. In a good way, I promise. You can also sign up for more details over on the Alien Hominid Invasion website.
