ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos is a popular anime-style VR game with a twisting narrative; and it’s finally expanding across more platforms! Initially the game was only available on the Oculus VR headsets; and is releasing on PC via Steam and on the PlayStation VR (PSVR) very soon!
The game takes place 200 years into the future; after a colossal alien force known as the Meteora has pushed humanity near extinction. The player assumes the role of Chloe, who is a pilot of a giant robot mech called the “Makhia”. Her goal is to fight back against the aliens as humanities last chance.
ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos has a main story that will last most players between 15-20 hours of game time. Throughout the story, players engage with characters and search through clues of the information in the Adventure section; where choices can lead to multiple different endings. Whereas the Mecha-Battle section is reserved for the high octane chaos!
The VR title has received massive critical acclaim, with a stunning 5-stars on the Oculus store. With it’s upcoming launch on Steam and PlayStation VR (PSVR); those with VR headsets such as the HTC Vive & Valve Index will now be able to experience the high rated game!
