After recently becoming the highest rated app on the Oculus Store, ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos, the well renowned sci-fi anime adventure game developed by longstanding industry developers MyDearest Inc makes its way to SteamVR.
Along with the twisting narrative and difficult choices, this places you in the shoes of Chloe, a synthetic human who vows to take revenge on colossal aliens seeking to destroy Earth. You have the option to command huge 400-meter tall mechs in battles and shape humanity’s future through the games multiple ending and ever-expanding story.
The new SteamVR release contains updated effects, higher-resolution backgrounds and a discount of 20% for players of the prequal to ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos, TOKYO CHRONOS. The game allows you to explore the vast landscape of augmented Tokyo, along with the ability to interact and have discussions with the residents of the underground city.
The team at MyDearest also managed to create a large selection of characters with full dubbing, and the options of subtitles in Japanese and English. The game also comes with an insatiable soundtrack, along with the amazing artwork of artist LAM.
The game is available right now on the SteamVR for $29.99 along with the previously mentioned 20% discount for owners of TOKYO CHRONOS. With the title offering support for all VR headsets including Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Windows Mixed Reality headsets.
It is also available for purchase on the Oculus Store for the Oculus Quest 1 & 2 and Rift devices, with the title set to arrive on PlayStation VR on April 15th, 2021.
