Epic Games’ 2011 first-person shooter Bulletstorm may be making it’s way to current-generation platforms.
Dubbed Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition, the game will be published by Gearbox Software and released in 2017 – if a leak from the Brazilian Ratings Board is to be believed. If true, the game will be released for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC. What makes this piece of news particularly interesting is that the publisher has changed from Electronic Arts, who originally published the game for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in 2011.
For those who may not recall what Bulletstorm is all about, it was a chaotic first-person shooter that didn’t take things seriously. Bulletstorm focuses around style-points, by utilizing creative ways to demolish enemies. The more stylish your shot, the better the kill. It was received well, with the game’s review score currently sitting at an 87 on Metacritic.
InformedPixel has reached out to Gearbox Software for more information about it’s release.
Bulletstorm was released for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC on February 22nd, 2011.
