Activision’s Call of Duty: WWII will release worldwide on November 3rd, 2017, for most current generation platforms.
The news comes from the official Call of Duty Worldwide Reveal trailer that aired this morning. Call of Duty: WWII will take place in “the European Theater,” between the years 1944 and 1945.
The game will be available in two different editions: Standard or Pro. The standard edition nets players the base game, while those who invest in the Pro edition will score a steel book case alongside a code for the game’s season pass. The Pro edition appears to be exclusive at Gamestop and EBGames, meaning that fans wishing to purchase it will need to inquire to these retailers.
Those who pre-order the game will receive access to the game’s private multiplayer beta, coming first to customers who pre-purchase it on the Playstation 4. At the time of this writing, there is no word on when the beta will arrive, but we should expect it to hit digital stores following E3.
Call of Duty: WWII will ship with a full single-player campaign, multiplayer game modes, and the return of Nazi Zombies previously featured in Call of Duty: World at War.
Call of Duty: WWII releases on November 3rd, 2017, for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
