Nordic Games has announced that a ‘Warmastered’ edition of the original Darksiders game will be released on October 25th, 2016.
Being released for the most next-generation platforms including the Nintendo Wii U, Darksiders Warmastered Edition will ship with numerous visual updates at a crisp 1080P resolution for all platforms. On the PC side, the game will ship with native 4K support for enthusiast-grade gaming machines.
The full set of features, as shown on the official press release are as follows:
• PS4, Xbox One and Wii U versions of Darksiders (Wrath of War)
• Native 1080p rendering resolution for console platforms
• 4k support and additional video options for PC
• Doubled all the texture resolutions
• Rendering improvements and rework
• Better shadow rendering quality
• Post processing effects
•60 FPS in moment to moment gameplay (PS4, Xbox One, PC, 30 for WiiU)
Darksiders Warmastered Edition will launch on October 25th, 2016 for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, Wii U, and PC.
