The critically-acclaimed roguelike action platformer, Dead Cells is getting new content very soon! Motion Twin has released new information for the upcoming The DLC titled “Fatal Falls”. This is only the second paid DLC since the game was in early access back in 2017; and it looks to be a massive content drop!
The newly released trailer for “Fatal Falls” has revealed a good amount of content to look forward to! Everything from 2 new biomes, a variety of new weapons & items and a reveal of a new boss! With these updates, the buttery smooth gameplay has never looked so exciting and fresh!
The new biomes are called “The Fractured Shrines” and “The Undying Shores”; which are parallels to some other maps, but offer new unique paths. The new boss is named “The Scarecrow”; who was once the Royal Gardener. Some of the new weapons include scythes, a new maniacal sword that can fly, an iron staff, Scarecrow’s Sickles, Lighting Rods and more!
These new weapons will be important to use within the new biomes; as they will help counter many different enemies and get through dangerous hazards. Most importantly, they all look epic while in combat. In addition to that, the developers are also adding in 10 new outfits to help you look and feel even cooler!
