Bungie and Activision have announced that Destiny 2 will release on September 8th, 2017 for current-generation platforms.
Revealed during the game’s worldwide premiere trailer this morning, Activision confirmed that the game would launch this Fall, with Playstation owners receiving exclusive content upon release. The exclusive content is timed and will release for other platforms in Fall 2018.
A first look at Destiny 2’s gameplay is scheduled to go live on May 18th, where we will catch the first glimpse of the game in action, directly from Bungie themselves.
Fans who pre-order a copy of Destiny 2 will receive early access to the game’s beta, scheduled to launch in the Summer.
