Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is the latest release in the tactical RPG game franchise. The Developer & Publisher, Nippon Ichi Software, has announced that the newest DLC is now available in Japan!
The new ‘Hololive Collaboration Set’ DLC is free, and contains some really neat content! Included in the Set are 5 popular Hololive Virtual YouTubers; appearing as brand new in-game playable characters!
The Hololive Virtual YouTubers featured in Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny are; Shirakami Fubuki is a Prinny unit called “FubuKing”, Uruha Rushia is a Succubus unit called “Ruusha”, and Shiranui Flare is a Psychic Unit called “Torte”. Additionally, Tsunomaki Watame is an Evil Eye Unit called “Watamee”, and Omaru Polka is a Mage Unit called“PolPol”!
As such, the characters in Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny will have unique abilities and powers based on their unit. The Hololive Youtuber’s unique appearances are directly implemented into the game; meaning many fans will recognize their appearance in the game!
Alongside these character additions, additional pre-planned characters have also been added to the roster. The characters are Adell, Rozalin, and Laharl-chan; and can be purchased for 550 yen each; with Asasgi being a free character!

Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny and the DLC characters are now available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan! Additionally, the game will be launching in the USA & Europe later in Summer 2021! Learn more about the game at its official website!
