Bandai Namco have announced the release dates for the upcoming Dragon Ball FighterZ characters, Cooler and Android 17.
Both will be joining the list of playable characters on September 27th, 2018, making the characters available for purchase on day one of the Nintendo Switch release. Each of the characters are available for purchase individually, or through the “Fighter Z” Season Pass already available for every platform.
Those who are big Dragon Ball fans will know plenty about these characters, but for those who don’t, allow me to give a quick rundown. Android 17 is a lightning fast character who is able to use his speed to overcome most enemy defenses. Cooler however relies on strength and heavy attacks to defeat his enemies. Both characters offer two opposing play-styles that allow players a bigger range of choice that suits their preferred way of fighting.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, with a Nintendo Switch release on September 28th, 2018.
