Gameplay footage was revealed at Square Enix’s Dragon Quest press conference for the recently announced Dragon Quest Builders.
The game looks to be based off of the popular voxel based sandbox games but crossed with familiar RPG elements from the Dragon Quest series. Players are encumbered with rebuilding the world of Alefgard after the evil Dragonlord destroyed most of it. Gameplay will feature mining, crafting and building along with what appears to be basic dungeon crawling and enemies from the Dragon Quest games
Dragon Quest Builders is set to release in Japan for PS3, PS4, and PS Vita this Winter. Currently, there is no word on if we will see this game released in North America.
