A brand new trailer has been released by KOEI TECMO showcasing brand new characters coming to the FAIRY TAIL game. This trailer also gave fans a release date for the upcoming anime to game adaptation. This new trailer shows off the newly announced playable characters, along with some of their special moves.
The announcement of five new playable characters is sure to excite any FAIRY TAIL fan. Introduced with both their name and their title, each of these 5 characters are well known in the series. ‘Sky God Slayer’ Sherria Blendy from Lamia Scale, the ‘Strongest Fencer’ Kagura Mikazuchi from Mermaid Heel, the ‘Handsome’ Blue Pegasus mage Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki, and the ‘White Dragon’ Sting Eucliffe and ‘Shadow Dragon’ Rogue Cheney from Sabertooth. All of these characters poses unique power and strength that will no doubt bring interesting new ways to battle in game.
Along with the addition of all these characters comes the release date. The game will be releasing in 2020 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC, with no mention on if an Xbox release will ever happen.
FAIRY TAIL will release March 19th, 2020 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC.
