To start off Microsoft’s E3 conference, viewers were excited to see gameplay for a brand new Gears Of War game as well as information on a new feature called Xbox Play Anywhere.
In the Gears preview, the protagonist’s mother was taken by the “Swarm”, and it is up to the player to save her. The demo showed stunning visuals and smooth animation with an easy transition between gameplay and cutscene.
Gears of War 4 will be the first Xbox Play Anywhere game. This feature allows buyers to play it on both Windows 10 and Xbox One, with cross-platform multiplayer in order to play the game with anyone and get the fullest experience as possible. We should be seeing Xbox Play Anywhere appear in various other games Microsoft will be releasing.
A custom Gears Xbox Elite Wireless Controller was announced, and it looks stunning.
Gears 4 looks promising, and with the addition of both a custom Elite controller and Xbox Play Anywhere players are going to get an amazing Gears Of War experience.
