Square Enix is re-releasing Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and Kingdom Hearts 2.5 for the Playstation 4.
The collection will include the six previously remastered titles as they were released on the Playstation 3. The release of this collection means that Playstation 4 gamers will now have access to nearly every single Kingdom Hearts game released in the series since 2002 when the original Kingdom Hearts game launched for the Playstation 2.
– Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days
– Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix
– Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix
– Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix
– Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories
– Kingdom Hearts Re:coded
Both titles will be included on one disc and will be titled Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix when it releases next year for the Playstation 4. All of the titles listed in this version will be playable in 60 frames per second at 1080p. At the time of this writing, it is not known if the game will take advantage of the Playstation 4 Pro’s 4K rendering. We have reached out to Square Enix for further clarification.
