WB Games is bringing LEGO DC Super-Villians to current-generation platforms on October 16th.
The news comes from WB’s official trailer for the game, posted below. LEGO DC Super-Villians plays from the perspective of the hilarious villains from the DC universe. The Joker, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and more make an appearance in the game as they plan to wreak havoc on notable DC locations.
A Deluxe Edition was also announced, including a copy of the LEGO DC Villians and the game’s seasons pass. Additionally, all Deluxe Edition owners will receive the DC Super-Villains: TV Series DLC Character Pack prior to the downloadable content’s official launch. If that wasn’t enough, consumers who shell out for the Deluxe Edition will receive a Lex Luthor Superman LEGO figure, whereas digital copies receive the Justice League Dark DLC Character Pack, free of charge.
The initial discovery of LEGO DC Super-Villians came from Walmart Canada, where a mixture of games was listed prior to the game’s official reveal. The first game confirmed from the leak was Bethesda’s Rage 2, who officially announced the game not even a week after the leak. Other titles, such as Borderlands 3 and Just Cause 4 have yet to be revealed but we are expecting an announcement leading up to E3.
LEGO DC Super-Villians releases on October 16th, 2018, for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
