Marvel’s web-slinging action hero will arrive on the Playstation 4 this September 7th.
The game will launch alongside a Digital Deluxe and Collector’s Edition of the game. The Digital Deluxe version runs for $79.99 USD and will include a copy of the game, three pre-order bonus suits, a “Spider-Drone Gadget”, five extra in-game skill points, and a related PSN Avatar and PS4 Theme. Also included is the Marvel’s Spider-Man “The City That Never Sleeps” expansion, offering three new story chapters, along with new missions and characters. While it won’t be available during launch, Insomniac does promise that owners will receive the DLC by March 2019.
The Collector’s Edition includes a copy of the game inside an iconic red Steelbook case, a mini artbook, sticker, and most notably, a Spider-Man Statue although its appearance is to be revealed later this Summer. This edition also includes everything thrown in the game’s digital deluxe edition. All of this will retail for $149.99 USD.
People who pre-order the game at select retailers will be greeted to a Spider-Man Physical Pin, so long as supplies last. It was not yet announced which retailers will be carrying the pin.
