Mighty No.9, a game which started off the crowd-funding website Kickstarter, to fill the Mega Man void, has seen yet more delays today as the team behind its creation stated that the trial version is not ready for release.
The trial was meant as an apology to backers for the developers inability to have the game ready by September 15th. However it seems that there were more difficulties, and they released the following statement:
“Finally, we know that all of our fans are looking forward to the Special Demo Version we are preparing, and we just ask that you be a little more patient. The team is working on it, but some issues popped up regarding the distribution method so there is a good chance it will not be ready to launch by the 15th. We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
As soon as we have more info, we will let everyone know immediately.”
Currently, Mighty No.9 has a release date for next year, with no specific release window as to what quarter we will see the game’s release.
