Monster Hunter World: Iceborne has gotten its fourth update, bringing a multitude of new features. In the 4th title update for the Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, you get to try tackling a tri-elemental Blazing Black Dragon, with the ability to switch between three elemental states (Dragon, Fire, or Ice).
To be able to take down Alatreon, you have to be prepared for the devastating Escaton Judgement attack while keeping your eyes open for both aerial and ground attacks. If Alatreon isn’t enough for you, starting August 7th hunters can take part in a limited-time event quest where they will meet the new monster variant Tempered Frostfang Barioth.
This frigid fighter will force you to try stay cool and not frozen, as you fight for positional advantage to avoid its retaliatory breath of ice. If you don’t end up a hunter popsicle, the rewards to forge the new top-tier Palico gear, weapons, and armors featuring new set bonus skills can be yours.
Of course, for those who want a break from the hunt there is the new seasonal Sizzling Spice Fest from July 22nd through August 6th. In addition, the whole Gathering Hub is taking part in the summer fun with new meals, carnival decorations, seasonal Palico gear, and other seasonal goodies.
