343 Industries‘ Halo Infinite: Multiplayer Beta has been out for over two weeks. Although the game resonates with gamers, hardcore fans have been critical of many live-service aspects of the title. However, while 343 Industries have been steadily improving the experience, they revealed something that could help the game long-term.
Community director, John “Unyshek” Junyszek, confirmed that they’re working on adding Fiesta, Tactical Slayer (S.W.A.T.), and Free-For-All playlists before the end of the year! Thus, giving the game some much-needed variety. Junyszek also confirmed that they’re working on a dedicated Social Slayer playlist, but that won’t come until after the holidays.
Halo Infinite is a first-person shooter developed by 343 Industries and published by Xbox Game Studios. It’s the sixth main instalment in the Halo series. The game is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and Windows P.C.s. In addition, the free-to-play multiplayer is available now for said systems, and the campaign is set to release on December 8th, 2021.
