Third party hardware developer NEXiLUX has released some new gaming hardware. Time to shake things up a little, as we’re not gonna talk about a game, but instead gaming hardware. Crazy, huh? Full disclosure! Informed Pixel is not being sponsored by NEXiLUX we are simply sharing the news of their new products.
If you are not aware of who NEXiLUX are, don’t worry I’ll explain. They are a hardware company in New York, USA that specialise in gaming accessories, computer mouses and keyboards. They have even made a Game Genie firmware.
However it is their newest gamer keyboard and mouse that are the most interesting. They’ve also made a cool new alternative switch joycon controller. First up is the pro gaming keyboard and RGB mouse bundle. What’s the bundle for? Your consoles. Yes, you can now bring some PC gaming over to consoles whilst still using a controller.
The keyboard is kept very small and simple. You don’t even have the full keyboard, instead you have only the first third of a keyboard. It comes with a palm rest, that gives you some comfort. The keyboard comes with an 360 degree analogue stick, a 3.5mm audio jack for your headphones, 2 usb ports and 4 customisation macro keys including a turbo button.
This also applies to the Wired Optical Gaming Mouse in the bundle. It comes with two macros on the side and also comes packed with Customisable RGB lights that you can edit to your taste. There are no preset colours like you get with most keyboards or mice. If you want a very dark yellow mouse, you can have it.
The bundle works on a a large range of platforms including: PC, Android, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for £106 on Amazon. If you only want the mouse, you can buy the mouse separately.
NEXiLUX has also released some new Joy-Cons for your Nintendo Switch. It’s no secret that some find the joycons to be a little bit uncomfortable to hold. Luckily there’s an alternative in NEXiLUX’s Joy-Con Alternative controllers.
Now they may look silly, but these are designed to be more comfortable when using them on their side. Their Pro-Controller inspired design has better motion controls and even come in various colour schemes. The controller comes with a charging cable.
If you need new controllers or wanna try keep your desk clear, here are some new options for you to consider. No doubt I will give them a try.
