Nintendo has added some more content to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for the Nintendo Switch.
Today, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s Link joins the race, sporting his unique blue Champion’s Tunic and Master Cycle Zero motorbike from the latest DLC “The Champion’s Ballad”. A trailer of Link’s newest additions is seen in the trailer below.
It doesn’t appear that new content is being added to the Nintendo Wii U version of Mario Kart 8, rather, just the “Deluxe” version for the Nintendo Switch.
A couple of weeks ago, Nintendo threw in support for the Nintendo Labo’s Motorbike Joy-Con, enabling players to enjoy the game with their cardboard bike accessory from the Nintendo Labo Variety Kit. Since then, we have heard that more content is coming to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in the coming months, but specifics have yet to be announced.
