Nintendo announced their plans for PAX West 2018, taking place in Seattle, WA, from August 31st to September 3rd.
PAX West attendees will have the opportunity to try out their first party titles Super Mario Party, Pokemon: Let’s Go, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Third party titles such as Diablo III: Eternal Collection, Starlink: Battle for Atlas, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes and SNK Heroines ~Tag Team Frenzy~ will also be playable on the show floor at Nintendo’s booth. All these titles are scheduled for release later this year, so this is a great opportunity to get your hands on quality games before their official release.
Nintendo is bringing a “Trainer Battle” scavenger hunt to PAX West for August 31st and September 1st. Fans will need to follow Nintendo America on Twitter for clues on where Nintendo’s Pokemon Trainers will be, and once found, participants will need to “battle” the trainers in a trivia question to earn a prize. More news regarding the events will be announced in the coming days.
The company also teased some exclusive events for PAX West 2018, including a meetup with Nintendo Minute hosts Kit & Krysta. Select attendees will be chosen to appear in an episode of Nintendo Minute, with specific details being announced at a later date.
