Founder of Hello Games, Sean Murray, has announced that No Man’s Sky has officially gone gold.
The development for No Man’s Sky is now complete and has been sent off to manufacturers for physical production. This should be the last we hear of any further delay’s unless there is a hiccup in production.

The game was originally revealed in 2013 during the Spike VGX and quickly became one of the most anticipated games every year since then. When a release date was finally announced, No Man’s Sky underwent another delay to help polish out any rough edges still present in the game.
No Man’s Sky is scheduled to launch for the Playstation 4 and PC on August 9th, 2016.
