The Microsoft Store in Japan posted a release date for the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, ahead of its official announcement.
The game is scheduled to arrive for the Xbox One on February 21st, with other platforms such as the Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch assumed to release alongside it. Noting that the release date was spotted in Japan, the North American release date may differ, but we will keep our readers informed as we hear it.
Originally released for the Nintendo DS (In North America), the trilogy includes Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Justice For All, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Trials & Tribulations. In Japan, all three titles were available on the Gameboy Advance, before the localization team released them in North America for the Nintendo DS. Eventually, the three games were ported over to the Nintendo 3DS, and even Android and iOS devices.
The Ace Attorney series grew a lot of popularity since its original release in 2001 with Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. The game’s success led to a live-action movie being created, as well as a full-series anime, originally produced by A1 Pictures.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy is suspected to release on February 21st for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
