Rockstar Games is pushing the release date of Red Dead Redemption 2 to Spring 2018.
The news comes from Rockstar’s official website, where the team mentions that “some extra time is necessary to ensure that we can deliver the best experience possible for our fans.” As fans of the original game, we would prefer to see the game arrive as polished and as jam-packed with features as possible to avoid potential issues that the game may contain.
“We are very sorry for any disappointment this delay causes, but we are firm believers in delivering a game only when it is ready. We are really excited to bring you more details about the game this summer.”
With this said, the developer uploaded some new screenshots of the game for your viewing pleasure. While they don’t so too much content, it does give us a glimpse at how beautiful the game is – even early in development.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will arrive on the Xbox One & Playstation 4 in the Spring of 2018.
