If you own a copy of Rocket League on the Xbox One, you will be able to play with PC players later today, and vise versa.
The update is scheduled to go live at 3PM Pacific Time later today. While support for cross-network play between Xbox One and Playstation 4 gamers has yet to be confirmed, Xbox One players are now given the opportunity to enjoy the game with those on PC, expanding the online experience.
Jeremy Dunham, Vice President at Psyonix states “Cross-network play has been something that Xbox One gamers have been asking us for since the day we launched, and thanks to Microsoft’s new cross-network policies, we’re proud to give it to them.”
Rocket League is currently available for the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.
