Activision may be planning to announce Crash Bandicoot as a playable character in Skylanders: Imaginators.
Two retailers have confirmed the existence of a “Crash” edition of Activision’s upcoming Skylanders title, which is said to include a Crash Bandicoot figure. If this is true, Crash Bandicoot may be a playable character in the Playstation 4 version of Skylanders: Imaginators.
The first retailer, Qisahn.com states that a Crash edition of Skylanders: Imaginators would be announced later this year. Shortly after Qisahn’s posting, a less legitimate Facebook retailer called ABXY revealed the a Crash edition would be available on an undisclosed date. Both websites indicate that this would be an exclusive for the Playstation 4 versions of the game.
Activision currently owns Crash Bandicoot as an IP and with Crash Bandicoot’s rapidly growing with each day leading up to E3, it wouldn’t be too far-fetched to see him included in Skylanders: Imaginators.
Skylanders: Imaginators will launch on October 16th, 2016 for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, Playstation 3 Playstation 4 and Nintendo Wii U.

The ABXY posting was made on 5th June, not after your posting. It’s already gone anyway.
