BANDAI NAMCO had released a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris. The trailer showcases the RPG’s real-time combat and ways players can take down powerful Underworld foes.
The trailer reveals a variety of different enemies to combat; from huge & disgusting spiders, to furry bi-pedal beasts and even large hostile plants. Alongside those, there’s also a plethora of smaller enemies to engage with as well during battles, such as scorpions.
The gameplay itself shows a squad of 4 players (AI or Friends) battling in live time, with combos, special attacks and more. It features free movement, allowing different ways to approach and attack enemies. Different characters use different abilities, as in game cutscenes and finishers reflect those powers in action.
It also showcases the skill tree that allows you to enhance your weapons and power up the sacred arts! A map helps guide you to your destination, and is marked clearly with different colored symbols. This allows the game to be easier to follow on your adventures to take down these beasts.
