Update: Kevin Burner, Co-Founder & CEO of Telltale Games made a statement in a press release: “In Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series, players will take on multiple roles within the ragtag band of heroes, and take the pilot’s seat in directing their escapades around the universe. We are always honored to be working with the best creative partners and storytellers in entertainment, and working with Marvel on this series leaves us excited to share what we’ve been developing when it premieres in 2017.”

Displaying not much more than a vague teaser, not much is currently known about Telltale’s newest adaptation. Currently, all that is known is that it’s coming soon to consoles, PC, mobile devices, and in typical Telltale fashion, will feature five episodes, likely available for individual purchase or in a bundle.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series releases in 2017 for most current gaming platforms.
