The release of Telltale’s latest chapter in their hit zombie-themed adventure game series looms ahead, and in the wake of all the hype for more The Walking Dead, Telltale Games has announced in a blog post that A New Frontier will be skipping last-gen consoles (The Playstation 3 and Xbox 360), a first for the series.
Historically, the series has allowed for the use of your save file from a previous game, changing characters, choices and more depending on what you previously did. Fortunately, people having to leave their old saves behind will not need to fear. As this support article says, a patch will be released for The Walking Dead: Season 2 that will allow you to upload your save to a Telltale account, meaning none of your progress will be lost.
The Walking Dead: The Last Frontier releases December 20th on Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
