Original: The UK is receiving a special edition Pokemon: Let’s Go Nintendo Switch bundle, making everyone overseas simultaneously jealous of their region’s exclusives.
The bundle includes a limited edition Nintendo Switch console with matching Joy-Con controllers and Dock. Of course, a copy of Pokemon: Let’s Go Pikachu! or Pokemon: Let’s Go Eevee! is pre-installed on the Nintendo Switch console, with the decision being up to the owner on which edition they would like to play. To sweeten the deal, Nintendo is throwing in the Pokeball Plus, an awesome accessory for the Pokemon: Let’s Go titles.
The Nintendo Switch itself features portraits of Pokemon’s Eevee and Pikachu, while sporting a colored design on the front of the docking station. The Joy-Con controllers also represent the game’s different editions, with the brown left Joy-Con controller and yellow right Joy-Con controller. As with every other bundle, Nintendo loves to show off their new bundles, so a trailer was produced for your viewing pleasure:
This is the first time we have seen a Nintendo Switch bundle with games pre-installed on the device. Throughout the Nintendo 3DS lifecycle, we saw numerous games come preinstalled with recent systems, including Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land.
Pokemon: Let’s Go Pikachu! and Pokemon: Let’s Go Eevee! release exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on November 16th, 2018. The Nintendo Switch hardware bundle will release alongside the software.
