During E3’s conference today Bethesda spoke about VR’s ability to completely immerse players into their games.
This means that in 2017 Fallout 4 will be available for the HTC Vive, and that Bethesda is showing Fallout 4 as well as Doom on VR immediately preceding the showcase.
In the Doom VR players will get a full tour of hell through the utilization of amazing graphics and true next generation rendering via the Id tech 6 engine. Â The speaker can be further quoted as describing VR technology as being “it’s ability to immerse players completely into virtual worlds”. Â This could be eluding to titles past Fallout 4, though no others have been announced yet.
