BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment have confirmed that the brand new Digimon game Digimon Survive will be getting a western release in 2019. Due to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC, it drops alongside the 20th Anniversary of the original Digimon TV show. Much more information is sure to be revealed closer to the release.
Digimon Survive is a brand new Digimon adventure set in an unknown world. The game follows a new group of teenagers, led by Takuma Momozuka, as they get lost during a school camping trip and find themselves transported into this strange new world. This world features a whole heap of monsters and danger, and it’s up to the group to fight their way back home. Many difficult decisions and deadly battles lie ahead, so it’s up to the player to choose what route to take. Will the player take care of their new monster allies? What will the final ending be? All this is in the players hands, which is sure to lead to some unexpected situations.
Digimon Survive is due for release in 2019 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
