The first week of May has some pretty good games being released. The long-awaited Redfall is coming this week, but we are also getting the end of a trilogy in Ravenlok. Age of Wonders drops the fourth game in the series, and Nintendo wants you to make your own adventure in Super Dungeon Maker. Death or Treat will scratch that Hollow Knight itch that’s been there since 2017.
Games Releasing May 2nd
- Age of Wonders 4 – PlayStation 5, XBOX, and PC
- Expand and customize your realm in this turn-based strategy game. Evolve your followers to create a unique army to destroy your enemies. Will you transcend into godhood, or are you destined for mediocrity?
- Redfall – XBOX, PC
- An open-world co-op first-person shooter. Choose one of four different heroes with unique abilities and cleanse this town of the invading vampiric horde. Battle your way across the map and acquire loot to make your vamp killing squad even more deadly.
Games Releasing May 3rd
- Super Dungeon Maker – Switch
- A 2D pixel art dungeon editor in which you control everything, from how many levels to enemies and even secret rooms. Create a dungeon and challenge others to see just how well your inner Lich is.
Games Releasing May 4th
- Ravenlok – PC
- A reimagining of a kingdom controlled by an evil queen and a young girl who’s fulfilling her destiny. This action RPG is sure to delight any fan of the Voxel Trilogy.
Games Releasing May 5th
- Death or Treat – Playstation 5, XBOX, Switch, PC
- A 2D action-rogue-lite game with hack-and-slash elements. You play as Scary and must save HallowTown, as everyone is missing their Halloween spirit!!
